My sister and I live in a place where we are surrounded by business companies. We both are working at home and let us just say that we also have a lot of idle times. We have been thinking of putting up a business somewhere near our place just for us to spend our idle moments in a fun and productive way. We thought of food business but there are so many fast food chains around and clothing business is not a good idea too. So we come up with the idea of putting up a business that really fits our environment. 

Selling industrial supplies and office supplies is not a bad idea at all. Even though that some of these big companies already have their own suppliers but come to think of it, what if they ran out of office supplies and they badly need it now? It would be very convenient for them if they can easily find a mini office and industrial supply shop just like what we have in mind. 

The good thing about this idea is that we can have contacts to direct suppliers who supply these materials and we can get them for a lower price. We may even sell these industrial supplies and office supplies for a cheaper price too.

I have a catering business.  Aside from catering services we also deliver foods and snacks to different snack houses in my neighborhood.  I have been in this business for almost 6 years.  In fact, my regular customers had offered to help me put up a restaurant.  I strongly refuse because I feel that it will only be too much of a hassle for me.  I have a van that my crew and I use whether to deliver the goods or cater a certain event.  It provides great help and convenience for the business.  The space as well as the shade it provides really gives us comfort that whatever the weather is we are still able to deliver the goods.
